It’s always important to be careful during cold and flu season, and we now have the additional responsibility of trying to prevent and reduce the spread of COVID-19.

We want to assure you that we are ready and committed to continue to provide therapy services.

All of our counselors are offering teletherapy. Your session is conducted over a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that is very similar to Skype. Teletherapy sessions are very much the same as in-person sessions, except you will be meeting with your therapist via video rather than in person.

Continuing therapy is even more important now. Disruption, uncertainty, and change all elevate stress levels. Staying ahead of stress is important. Teletherapy has been shown to be equally effective, and is confidential.

 

You still have, and will continue to have, access to the support that you need, and may continue to need.
