Join us for this 10 Week Intuitive Eating Group for women ages 18 and up. Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach to healing your relationship with food. It helps you get back in touch with your intuitive hunger and fullness cues by addressing problematic thoughts and behaviors regarding food and your body.
