Join us for a day filled with community with others and connection with nature to help reset and restore our mind, body and spirit.  We are so excited to have Silke Steg join us in her visit from Germany, and she will be accompanied by instructors Brenna Sweetman and Ashley McWaters who will lead us through this retreat.  


The day will open with a compassion circle to reunite and reconnect, followed by a mindful guided nature walk with energy healing practices to connect with nature and the five elements, a sequence of gentle movement and breath practices for resetting the nervous system, and a guided relaxation practice with mediation and restorative poses to promote healing.  After our practice we will have refreshments and free time to visit with others and explore the grounds of Wood Haven.
