What is LiveWell?
LiveWell is our mind-body studio, where you can learn real tools to care for your body, calm your mind, and feel supported.
Inspired by The Body Keeps the Score and years of experience walking with people through stress and trauma, LiveWell offers a space to explore the body’s crucial role in healing.
Research continues to show that stress and trauma live in the body and that feeling better isn’t only about what we think or talk about. It’s also about helping the body release what it’s been holding. When the body is included in healing, that’s when real change can take root.
We know how hard it can be to walk into a studio for the first time, so we decided to bring these practices here to you in a place that already feels familiar and safe. At LiveWell, you can gently explore practices like yoga, breathwork, meditation, EFT Tapping, and more. Our classes are small, trauma-informed, and designed to help you feel comfortable trying something new.
