About Lifeline Wellness Services
Along with our counseling services, we partner with local practitioners to offer on-site wellness services such as yoga classes, meditation, yamuna body rolling, reiki healing, and more! These services complement your healing journey and help you achieve mind, body, and spirit balance. Join us in-person in Tuscaloosa, Alabama or online from anywhere in the world. Classes are available for both clients and visitors.
Our drop in rate is $15/in-person class $10/online class, or you can become a LiveWell Member and attend as many classes as you like!
Free LiveWell Membership for Lifeline Clients
As a thank-you for trusting us with your care, all Lifeline clients receive a free LiveWell Membership. This membership includes two in-person class credits per month, unlimited access to online classes, access to the LiveWell Library, and discounts on retreats and class packages.

This offering is our way of helping clients explore additional tools for feeling better in the body and mind, creating a bridge between the therapy room and everyday life.

Safe and Inclusive Space and Instructors
We value providing a safe and comfortable space for our members and visitors. We take pride in offering small classes, compassionate instructors sensitive to individual needs, a full range of necessary props (yoga mats, pillows, blankets, bolsters, etc.), and classes specifically tailored to promote healing and well-being.
Benefits of Wellness Practices
Wellness practices, such as yoga and meditation, can assist you in alleviating stress symptoms through releasing endorphins, decreasing the stress hormone cortisol, improving blood circulation, and increasing oxygen flow.
