Welcome to LiveWell! We are so excited you are here! Below are some first steps for getting plugged in and getting the most out of your membership. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com.
Your membership includes unlimited access to any online or in person wellness class as well as our Weekly “Self Care & Share” and Monthly Deep Dives. All of these can be found on our Wellness Calendar. When you get to the payment portion of the registration page, just select “LiveWell Member”.
Our LiveWell Library is where you’ll find tons of resources, tools, and tips for growing and healing. To access the library, you will need to create an account. Follow the instructions below for a step by step guide on setting up your account. You'll only need to do this one time.
The LiveWell Library is intended to be a self-paced resource that you may use as little or as much as you like. We recommend starting with the Habits module - a course put together by one of our team members - Meg Magnusson (Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach). In this module, you'll learn all about how to create the life you live through the use of habits. This will be a great foundation for all of the other tools you'll learn about through LiveWell!
We will be continuously adding more topics and content, so this will be an ongoing and ever growing resource to assist you on your journey!
